Professionally Guided Workouts From the Comfort Of Your Home

Personalized Exercise Plan

During our first meeting, I will ask you a number of questions about your current health and fitness and about your goals – what kind of health and body you want to have in the future. I will also take the time to find our about any of your medical issues, injuries and medications. I will use all of this information to come up with a personal exercise plan that will ensure that you can safely accomplish your fitness goals. I will provide you with a personalized plan that is challenging but not too difficult to follow.

Exercise from Home With Online Sessions

For our sessions, I will join you online through Zoom so that you can workout with me from the comfort of your home.  While I enjoy gyms, I don’t think that they are required to get a great workout. I will teach you how to do a complete full-body workout from home, with minimal or no equipment. We will use simple items, such as an exercise mat, dumbbells, or even your home furniture to do all the exercise that are needed.
